Proposed Town Centre Shopfront Improvement Scheme

Expression of Interest

Expression of Interest

We're seeking expressions on interest for a proposed Town Centre Shopfront Improvement Scheme for businesses/commercial property owners located within Antrim, Ballyclare, Crumlin, Glengormley and Randalstown town centre boundaries, as outlined by the Department for Communities.

At this stage, we are simply trying to identify if businesses/commercial property owners have a need or desire for such a scheme in order to support our funding bid. Council will also use the data collected to determine the level of grant available and to inform the guidance notes.

Submit Your Interest

To express an interest in the proposed scheme, please complete the form below by Friday 15 March 2024.

Please note, submission of an expression of interest does not guarantee a future offer of funding and you are not required to obtain quotes or start any works at this point.  The next stage in process will require Council applying to the Department of Communities for funding, and if the funding application is successful, application forms and guidance notes will be issued to potential applicants.

The information that you provide in this form will be used to help the Council in preparing an application for funding to the Department for Communities. Please note, that the Council cannot provide funding for any works that have already been undertaken or any works which are started prior to a formal offer of grant funding being made.

If you have any questions, please contact a member of the Regeneration Team via E. shopfronts@antrimandnewtownabbey.gov.uk or T. 0300 123 4568
