A Premises Improvement Notice can be served on a person or business where there is evidence that they are not complying with certain Regulations under the Health Protection (Coronavirus, Restrictions) (No.2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020 as amended.
The Notice requires that the measures specified in the Notice must be taken within a specified time limit. Failure to comply with the requirements of Notice in contravention of the Regulations constitutes an offence and on prosecution may attract a fine.
