Vestel UK-branded plugs fitted to various brands of television sold between November 2024 and February 2026 presents a risk of fire as the plug’s fuse does not meet the requirements of BS 1362. Owners can check if they have an affected product and should register to receive a free replacement accessory (replacement power cable or fuse).

Follow the online steps to arrange for a replacement plug and lead to be provided. Once the replacement plug lead has been received, customers should remove the original plug lead and dispose of it safely via a WEEE recycling facility.
