Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is inviting applications for the latest Rural Business Development Grant Scheme, delivered through the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs’ Tackling Rural Poverty & Social Isolation (TRPSI) Programme.
Grants of up to £7,500 are available to support existing rural businesses (with fewer than 10 full-time equivalent employees) to invest in capital equipment such as machinery, computers and e-commerce websites.
- Funding available: 50% capital grant, from £500 to £7,500
- Maximum project cost: £30,000
- Application period: Monday 29 June – 12 noon on Thursday 30 July
