Love Living Here

The Love Living Here Community Plan was first launched in 2017, developed through strong collaboration between local communities and statutory agencies. In response to significant global events, including the Covid-19 pandemic and the Cost of Living Crisis, the Plan has been reviewed and refreshed. This revised delivery plan focuses on 17 targeted actions across four key themes – People, Place, Prosperity, and Planet – aiming to better meet the needs of our residents in today’s challenging environment.

Shaping the Future of Glengormley, Monkstown and New Mossley

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, in partnership with the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, has launched two Place Shaping Reports for Glengormley and Monkstown/New Mossley. Developed through extensive engagement with residents, community organisations and stakeholders, the reports identify priorities and opportunities to support future regeneration, investment and community development. The findings will help inform future planning and service delivery, while supporting the Council's commitment to creating connected, inclusive and sustainable communities across the Borough.
