What if I have paid my membership upfront?
We will extend your membership for the duration of the suspension.
What if someone wants to join as a new MORE member?
We are currently not issuing any new MORE memberships at present. New members will be able to join once the current situation is resolved.
Are classes, courses and facility bookings (including swimming lessons, gymnastics & dance classes) still going ahead?
No, all classes, courses and facility bookings are cancelled. If you have a lesson booked we will automatically be putting your lesson on a freeze for the duration of the closure. Once we reopen we will notify you when the lessons will re-start. If you wish to request a refund for your lesson please contact your centre. If your lesson is refunded we cannot guarantee your place when the lesson re-starts.
I have booked private swimming lessons. Can I get a refund for these?
Unfortunately, this is beyond the control of the council. Please contact your private swimming instructor to request this.
Can I receive a refund for the deposit for a birthday party booking?
Yes, refunds will be made upon request by E: email@example.com or alternative dates offered.
Will Antrim Stadium be closed?
Antrim Stadium reamins closed. Please refer to social media or the Council website for future updates.
Will 3G pitches be closed?
Yes, all 3G pitches are closed and any pre-bookings will be refunded upon request.
Will the V36 park be closed?
Yes, all play parks are closed until further notice.
