Councillor Kinnear has lived in the Borough all her life and was newly elected to the Council in 2019. She serves the Glengormley area where she was born and raised.
She is on the Board of Governors at Gaelscoil Éanna, and is the Cultural and Language Officer for Naomh Éanna.
A qualified solicitor with her own practice, she brings this expertise to the Planning Committee.
Rosie lives with her partner Niall and sons Éanna and Dáire.
