Please be advised of the following if you wish to attend the parts of a Committee or Council Meeting which is open to the public;

• Report to reception on arrival and wait for a member of staff to accompany you to the Council Chamber
• On some occasions for security purposes , a Valid I.D. (for example; a passport or driving licence) may be requested to access the Council Chamber
• Access is subject to availability and entrance will be based on a first come first served basis
