In England there is the smallest of National Parks called Exmoor, and this is where my journey began. At the age of nine, roaming with my little spaniel, I recreated the beauty I saw with photographs and oil paint. Colour and faith became my comfort, celebration, restoration and Hope. My paintings and the poetry I write are inspired by The Romantics, especially J.M.W. Turner who also painted on Exmoor, and have been exhibited in New York, London and Florence as well as in my gallery in the Somerset village of Porlock.
