Is your group thinking of applying for Council’s Community Development & Festivals Grants (or any other grants) in the coming months? If so then you should come along to the FREE session being held as part of the Community Capacity Building Programme as detailed below.

How to use NINIS – Northern Ireland Neighbourhood Information Service Thursday 19 September 7pm – 9pm in Mossley Mill, Newtownabbey

When completing the ‘Need for your Project’ question in Council’s grant application forms you should include statistical information/evidence about the population and any relevant deprivation information on your local area in order to score well. This is often the question that applicants find most difficult to answer.

The aim of the above session is to show you how to access this important information online. The short session will be delivered by a member of staff from NISRA and will be aimed at community/voluntary groups.

In order to get the most benefit from the session it would best if you can bring your own ipad or laptop.

Places are limited so please complete and return the form in the booking link as soon as possible in order to register your attendance.
