Mums on the Move - Ballyclare

MUMS ON THE MOVE is a walking group for mums of babies up 12 months old. Mums (and babies!) will meet every Friday from 14-28 March for a gentle walk lead by a trained walk leader around a local green space, followed by refreshments. As more than 1 in 10 women develop mental health issues during or within a year of pregnancy, we want to create space locally for new mums to socialize, be active and make time for their mental wellbeing.

Meeting Point: Avondale Drive end of Harrier Way Carpark 
Date/Time: Meet at 9.45am on 14, 21 and 28 March 2025  

The only requirements for participation are to be a mum of a baby under 12 months old, to be clear for light physical activity by a GP, and to commit to attend all 3 sessions!
