  Please note:
  There is a mid-term break between Week 2 and Week 3. Participants will return on Monday 16 February to resume training.

• Entry Requirements
  • Be from the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council Area
  • Be 16 years and over
  • Be economically inactive, unemployed, underemployed (working less than 16 hours per week) or be at risk of redundancy.
  • Be committed and able to fully participate on relevant aspects of the programme and post-programme aftercare.
