What is the STRYVE Programme
Catalyst has formally launched its new inclusive innovation project STRYVE, which is aimed at young people aged 16-25 years old seeking to gain skills, qualifications and experience that will provide them with a pathway towards employment. STRYVE, which is being delivered in partnership with the Rio Ferdinand Foundation and funded by the International Fund for Ireland (IFI) through its Personal Youth Development Programme, aims to remove barriers to employment for young people in Northern Ireland who are furthest from opportunity. This youth development programme is providing young people with accredited training in foundational skills, upskilling in innovation and entrepreneurship, helping them develop creative thinking to turn ideas to reality, providing access to industry mentors, and paid work experience and development opportunities.
