Boost your mind and energy

More Movement for the Mind is a blended programme of exercise and relaxation delivered at our Leisure Centres weekly. It's a great way to start your fitness journey, while boosting your mood and energy. 

What’s involved?

Participants can book here and enjoy a light to medium group circuit class with a relaxation element to finish.

This is an open programme whereby participants can attend in a drop in basis.

A series of closed mental health programmes is also available for participants who have severe mental health issues. These programmes are delivered on a referral basis in partnership with various Health Professionals and Charities. E:  more@antrimandnewtownabbey.gov.uk

Ballyearl Leisure Centre Monday, 6-7pm
Antrim Forum Monday, 12-1pm and 1-2pm
Crumlin Leisure Centre Tuesday, 5.30-6.30pm
Valley Leisure Centre Tuesday, 6-7pm
Sixmile Leisure Centre Wednesday, 2.15-3.15pm
