Free Female-Friendly Swimming Sessions
Enjoy a welcoming environment with female-friendly swimming sessions, staffed exclusively by female lifeguards at the Antrim Forum. These sessions are open to women aged 16 and over who live or work in the Antrim and Newtownabbey area. Registration is essential, please email:
