Booking Information from 1 April 2026

From 1 April 2026, to ensure a peaceful and personalised experience, booking is essential. Access is limited to one session per person, per day.

MORE members with a Spa Bolt-On may enjoy full use of the facilities, while non-members are welcome at £8.28 per visit. Please collect your wristband from Reception before entering the Spa.

Booking is required for all hourly sessions, which begin on the hour.

Your Spa Questions Answered

How do I add the spa bolt-on to my membership?
There are three ways to purchase a spa bolt-on:
- Online - Log into your Account and select ‘View Member Services’ in the menu to the left, you can purchase your preferred option. Please note that if you are logged into your account then the spa bolt-on will automatically be designated to you and not another member. In order for another member to have the spa bolt-on added, they must log in to their own account to purchase online.
- By Phone - Call the More Team 0300 123 1580, (the team will add this for you and then transfer your call to a leisure centre where they will take your card payment). If you wish to set up a direct debit for this, please have your bank details ready.
- In Person (Up Front option only – not available for DD option) - Visit reception at your usual Leisure Centre, the team will add this service for you and take payment.
If you pay for your MORE Membership by direct debit and choose to purchase the spa bolt-on by direct debit, please note that this will be processed as a separate direct debit.
Can I share the spa bolt-on with others on my membership?

No, the spa bolt-on is linked to the individual member and cannot be transferred to another person, even if they are on the same membership.

Any member aged 16 or over who wishes to use the spa must purchase their own bolt-on.
Why is there an additional charge for spa access?
The £10 monthly spa bolt-on allows us to:
- Support ongoing maintenance
- Invest in improved facilities
- Allow customers enjoy a more exclusive quality product
This ensures you can enjoy a safe, comfortable and relaxing experience every time you visit.
Will the Spa at Antrim Forum still form part of my current membership?
From 1 April 2026, spa access at Antrim Forum will be available to:
- MORE members (aged 16 and over) who add the £10 per person monthly spa bolt-on
- Pay-as-you-go customers aged 16 and over for £8.28 per visit
From this date, existing MORE members will no longer be able to access the spa without purchasing the bolt-on.

For family memberships, the £10 bolt-on applies to each person aged 16 or over.
Concession rates do not apply to the spa bolt-on as concession pricing has already been applied to the membership fee.
Is the spa bolt-on required for all MORE members?
No. The spa bolt-on is completely optional. MORE members without the bolt-on can continue to enjoy:
- Fitness suites
- Fitness classes
- Swimming
- Racquet sports
- Access across all five leisure centres
- The Health Suites at other centres
Are one-off visits to the Spa at Antrim Forum still possible?

For those who do not wish to purchase the bolt-on, there will still be opportunity to avail of the area by purchasing a one use pay-as-you-go ticket, priced at £8.28.
Can I add or remove the spa bolt-on?
- The spa bolt-on can be added to your membership at any time.
- Removal is subject to membership terms and notice periods.
Is there an age restriction for spa access?

Yes. Spa access is available to customers aged 16 years and over only. Pay-as-you-go customers may be required to provide proof of age to gain entry.
Will I need to book to use the spa?

Booking requirements (if any) will be confirmed closer to the reopening date and communicated through our usual channels. Slots are currently under review.
What access will the bolt-on offer me?
The bolt-on payment will allow booking for 60 minutes of spa access per person each day (in line with facility capacities).
