Q: I have paid my renewal and I can’t access my BRS booking account, what do I do?
A: Once your payment is processed and details verified, a member of staff will enable your account. This can take up to 48hrs but the aim is to complete this much quicker. If your account still hasn’t been activated after 48hrs please E. more@antrimandnewtownabbey.gov.uk along with your membership confirmation email.
Q: How do I book a tee time at Allen Park?
A: Members can book via the BRS app or the BRS Allen Park login.

Tee times are available to book 7 days in advance from 6pm each evening.
Q: I do not have a BRS account? How do I get setup?
A: All members will have received an email to register with BRS if they haven’t already done so. Please check your junk mail. Follow the steps to create your account. Your account will only be enabled when membership has been paid for. Alternatively, click here to create your account.

Q. What do I do on arrival to the course?
A. All players must check in to the golf reception at Allen Park and the Starter hut at Ballyearl on arrival for activity briefing.
Q. Can I hire equipment at the golf course?
A. A single club hire is £1 per club or half set of clubs for a round of golf is £5.50.
