MORE Membership Price Increase

The price adjustment from 1 April 2026 will help ensure the continued sustainability of our services, particularly as we navigate rising operating costs.

The new prices will be as follows:

• Adult Concession: £21 per month or £252 annually
• Family Concession: £37 per month or £444 annually
• Adult Individual: £30 per month or £360 annually
• Family: £49 per month or £588 annually

Why is there a price increase in leisure membership?

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council continues to offer excellent facilities at an affordable price for everyone.

However, the Council has agreed to an increase in the MORE leisure membership due to rising operating costs, including energy and resources required to run our leisure centres.

The new prices will help ensure the long-term sustainability of our centres while enhancing the overall experience for existing members. This includes added amenities and services such as a new fitness suite at Crumlin Leisure Centre and upgraded equipment at the Valley Leisure Centre. Despite the increase, the MORE membership remains a cost-effective way to access high-quality leisure facilities and activities.

How much will the price of the leisure membership increase by?

The new monthly membership rates are as follows:

Adult Concession: £21 per month
Family Concession: £37 per month
Adult Individual: £30 per month
Family: £49 per month
