Council Takes Next Step in Recovery of Leisure Services

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council has announced the reopening of a number of leisure facilities across the Borough, following the recent easing of lockdown restrictions announced by the Northern Ireland Executive.

Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council has announced the reopening of a number of leisure facilities across the Borough, following the recent easing of lockdown restrictions announced by the Northern Ireland Executive.

Antrim Stadium has now reopened with reduced opening hours. The stadium will be available for training purposes only with a restriction on numbers using the track at any one time. Synthetic pitches across the Borough have also reopened. The below pitches will operate 1-9pm weekdays and 10am-4pm at weekends. Please note, bookings are restricted to clubs only.
