Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is delighted to announce that the Ballyclare May Fair will return next year and it promises to be bigger and better than ever!
The Ballyclare May Fair working group will meet in November this year to start the preparations for the event. Full details will follow but the fair will of course include a mixture of local music and entertainment, family fun activities, street performers and much more!
Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey Councillor Billy Webb commented,
“It is wonderful that the Ballyclare May Fair will be returning next year. Around 20,000 visitors enjoy the event each year which is great for Ballyclare town and our local businesses”.
Councillor Jim Montgomery who has recently joined the Ballyclare Working Group said,
“I am delighted to be part of the Ballyclare Working Group. I have always enjoyed this event and myself and my colleagues will be working hard to ensure this is the best fair yet”!
Further information on the Ballyclare May Fair including attractions, programmes and workshops will be released in 2022.
