Mayor launches new Antrim and Newtownabbey Social Economy Start-Up Programme

The Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Alderman Stephen Ross has officially launched the Antrim and Newtownabbey Social Economy Start-Up Programme.  This new initiative aims to support groups who are profit-making but not profit-taking and who are considering setting up as a social enterprise within the Borough.  It will also help existing social enterprises who’ve been running for less than three years to establish themselves.
