Visit Enchanted Winter Garden to Enjoy a Magical Christmas for All

Enchanted Winter Garden will be adapted on Wednesday 4 December and Wednesday 11 December for adults and children with additional needs.

To ensure everyone’s comfort and enjoyment, Evenings of Inclusive Enchantment will have the following key features:

• Reduced capacity meaning a more relaxed/calm environment
• Lighting will be kept static, with no strobe or strong effects
• Reduced sound and music levels
• Sensory and Quiet rooms, ideal for children and adults with additional needs
• Attractions and rides will be slowed down
• Mobility Assistance (Mobility Scooters/ Wheelchairs can be hired by appointment only)
• Santa will have a BSL interpreter alongside him
• Changing Places Facility onsite as well as a Mobile Changing Places Facility (AccessoLoo)
