Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council recently hosted the ‘Kick Your Way to Success’ workshop for Rugby and GAA clubs across the Borough.
Pictured are representatives from local Rugby Clubs and GAA clubs, alongside Ulster Rugby player John Cooney and Oisín McConville, former Armagh Gaelic footballer, who delivered the workshop at Allen Park.
The sports club workshop attracted many young players and coaches from many Rugby and GAA clubs throughout Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough seeking expert tips and advice from John Cooney and Oisín McConville.
The Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Neil Kelly and Mayoress, Christine Kelly welcomed special guests, John Cooney and Oisín McConville and young players to Allen Park for the ‘Kick Your Way to Success’ workshop.
One of the finest kickers in World Rugby, John Cooney, demonstrated his expert kicking techniques and routines at the Council’s ‘Kick Your Way to Success’ workshop to local young rugby players.
