Planning Permission Granted for New Social Housing Development and Retail Unit in Antrim Town

The scheme represents a major investment of £7 million and forms a key component of the wider Antrim Town Centre Masterplan.

The application includes the delivery of modern, energy-efficient social homes complete with solar panels, dedicated parking, and carefully designed amenity spaces for residents. In addition, the development will feature upgraded vehicular access via Railway Street and improved pedestrian linkages to High Street, enhancing connectivity and supporting active travel in the town centre.
