Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council is supporting the inaugural Northern Ireland Repair Week, inviting everyone to extend the life of their cherished items and reduce waste.
The Repair & ReUse Fayre will take place on Friday 7 March at The Junction Retail and Leisure Park, Antrim, from 10am to 1pm.
This event offers a unique opportunity to bring your broken or damaged items for repair, from textiles to bicycles.

- FREE Textiles stalls for the public
- FREE Textile repair workshops with Makeitfabbelfast - Patchwork repair session 10:30-11:30am; Hand stitching repair session 11:30am – 12:30pm
- FREE Bike repair by East Belfast Mission
- Repair Café Antrim and Newtownabbey
- Antrim Tool Library
- The Shed Antrim

This community-focused event promotes sustainability, encouraging everyone to make repairs, rather than discarding items. It’s the perfect chance to contribute to building a greener, more sustainable community while also learning valuable repair skills.
