Thousands Flock to V36 in Newtownabbey for a Spooktacular Night of Halloween Fun!

Around 6,000 people dressed up in their best Halloween costumes and gathered at Spooked Out at V36 in Newtownabbey on Saturday 25 October for a frightfully good night.

The event was filled with entertainment, music and family fun as Cool FM’s Melissa Riddell hosted an energetic roadshow featuring games and a fancy dress competition with fantastic prizes for the most creative costumes.

Visitors also enjoyed the Screams and Tricks Funfair, packed with thrilling rides and attractions, which will remain open to the public from 4pm to 9pm each evening until Sunday 2 November. The night ended with a breathtaking firework display lighting up the sky.

Among those joining in the Halloween celebrations was Deputy Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Julie Gilmour, who joined families and friends in the fun.

There’s still plenty more to enjoy this Halloween season across the Borough, including an Indoor Pumpkin Patch at Mossley Mill and other family-friendly activities. For full event details, visit antrimandnewtownabbey.gov.uk/halloween.
