Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Jim Montgomery launched the Council's Centenary programme with flag raising events at the Councils three civic buildings, Mossley Mill, Ballyclare Town Hall and Antrim Civic Centre. As the sun sets on 2020 the most challenging year in most of our lifetimes, we look forward to brighter days in 2021 . The Council's programme to commemorate the Centenary of Northern Ireland will be delivered throughout the year across the Borough.
