I have a MORE membership but it was suspended in March because of Covid-19, what options do I have?
Your membership will automatically restart on Wednesday 15 July with the remainder of the month being no charge in recognition of centres closing in the middle of March before lockdown. The first Direct Debit payment will be taken on the 1st
August. Annual / Up front Members will have the additional time lost through lockdown added to the remainder of their membership.

What centres are re-opening?
Antrim Forum, Crumlin, Sixmile, and Valley Leisure Centres will be reopening on Wednesday 15
July. Allen Park and Ballyearl are currently open for golf and driving range with the centres themselves remaining closed at this stage.
What facilities will be available when the leisure centres re-open on Wednesday 15 July?
Initially the facilities available will be fitness suite and fitness classes. It is anticipated that in line with Government guidance, further facilities including sports halls, swimming etc. will be allowed to reopen from Friday 7 August.
Do I need to book to use the fitness suite and fitness classes?
Yes, there will be strictly no access to the facilities without prior booking
. Access to the fitness suite will be in 60 minute sessions with a 15 minute turnaround time in between to allow staff to sanitise the area. Fitness classes will also be required to be booked with gaps between each class to allow for safe movement of people out of the facility and the sanitising of equipment.

When can I can book a gym session or class?
Booking online opens at 6am, 4 days in advance of the class or booking slot.
How do I access the centre?
There will be strict access control in place across all centres, this is to ensure the safety of staff and customers alike. Access for members can be gained using their membership card which can be either the plastic version or the digital version available on the Council App. Please be aware that without a booking for the fitness suite or a fitness class, the membership card will not give access and you will be asked to leave the centre. To avoid queuing; when accessing a fitness class, you can arrive up to 5mins before the class starts. When accessing the fitness suite, you can arrive on the time of your booking or after.
If you are a pay as you go user, your online booking will generate a receipt containing a barcode. This barcode can be used either printed or in a digital format to gain access to the centre.
Are showers and changing facilities available?
No, showering and changing facilities (including lockers) remain closed with designated toilet provision available at all centres. Please come changed for your session and leave swiftly after it is complete.
