Q: How do I pay my membership now that the centre is still closed?
A: Membership renewals are available for payment online. All current members will have received an email with a link to set up and pay for membership online.
Q: I haven’t received a membership renewal email?
A: Click Here to complete your membership online. Alternatively, E. email@example.com. They will take your details and a member of staff will be in contact to help you go online to process your membership.
Q. Why can I only book 9 holes?
A: Under the current protocols and due to demand we have set-up two 9-hole courses. This will be reviewed with the updated GUI protocols on the 12th April.
Q: I have paid my renewal and I can’t access my BRS booking account, what do I do?
A: Once your payment is processed and details verified, a member of staff will enable your account. This can take up to 48hrs but the aim is to complete this much quicker. If your account still hasn’t been activated after 48hrs please E. firstname.lastname@example.org along with your membership confirmation email.
Q: How do I book a tee time at Allen Park?
A: Members can book via the BRS app or the BRS Allen Park login. Visit https://www.brsgolf.com/allenpark/login. Tee times are available to book 7 days in advance from 6pm each evening.
Q: I do not have a BRS account? How do I get setup?
A: If you previously had a BRS account, you will be able to book. BRS accounts will be disabled if memberships aren’t renewed by the 1st April 2021. All members will have received an email to register with BRS if they haven’t already done so. Please check your junk mail. Follow the steps to create your account. Your account will only be enabled when membership has been paid for. Alternatively, click here to create your account.

Q: Why is my BRS account not letting me log in?
A: All BRS accounts have been disabled until memberships have been renewed. Once membership is paid the accounts will be enabled within 48hrs.

A: Tee times have been restricted due to a reduced amount of tee times and group size. Tee times are available to book 7 days in advance from 6pm each evening. This will be reviewed as restrictions start to ease.

A: Tee times have been restricted between the hours of 7am and 6:30pm. This will be reviewed as restrictions start to ease.

Q. What are the driving range opening hours?
A. Both ranges (Allen Park and Ballyearl) will open from 9am – 9pm Monday to Friday, Saturday – Sunday 9-6pm.
Q. What do I do on arrival to the course?
A. All players must check in to the golf reception at Allen Park and the Starter hut at Ballyearl on arrival for activity briefing.
