This project involved the installation of 12 Speed Indicator Devices within villages across Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough.

Events & Engagements

Delivery of awareness raising activities and events, in partnership with key stakeholders and engaging with local groups, to help raise awareness of road safety and encourage more responsible road use.

Cycle Safety events

In September 2019 Antrim & Newtownabbey PCSP held an Exchanging Place Cycling Event.  It give people the opportunity, particularly pedestrians and cyclists to swap places with a Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) driver and experience the road from their perspective.
