The We Stand Together OCN Level 3 course offers participants the opportunity to gain an accredited qualification while exploring the causes and impacts of hate crime in Northern Ireland. Through interactive workshops, real-life experiences and practical learning, participants will develop the skills to become active allies and advocates within their communities.

The course provides a safe and engaging environment to learn about people from different backgrounds, understand the challenges they face and discover practical ways to challenge prejudice and promote inclusion. Participants will also work together to develop a Mini-Manifesto for their local area, identifying creative solutions to address local issues and help communities stand together against hate.

Although the topics explored are serious, the course also recognises the importance of humour in bringing people together, with the popular Hate Crime Isn't Funny comedy sessions included throughout the programme.
