Focusing on Male Role Models

In partnership with the Executive Office, we proudly hosted a special event at Mossley Mill to celebrate International Men’s Day 2025.

Focused on the theme of ‘positive male role models,’ the morning featured a live podcast with BBC Sports Presenter Thomas Niblock and inspiring local speakers. Attendees heard powerful stories of resilience, leadership, and wellbeing, from Daryl Clarke’s work with Monkstown Boxing Club to Jonny Murphy’s journey from professional rugby to baking and mental health advocacy. The event highlighted the importance of men who lead by example, fostering respect, kindness, and community spirit

Real Stories. Real Resilience. Conversations that inspire change.
