Impact Network NI and Utopian Learning are pleased to be delivering the Women into Leadership Programme, aimed at empowering and supporting women across Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council to develop their leadership skills and reach their full potential.
As part of this impactful programme, 48 participants have had 1-1 group coaching and mentoring, completed psychometric profiling, skills analysis, learning styles and leadership styles and further engaged in a range of high-quality workshops and activities, some examples include:
- Self Esteem
- Peer Mentoring
- Employability Skills
- Physical and Emotional Wellness
- Building Mental Resilience
- Confidence and Communication Skills
- Decision-Making
- Tackling Imposter Syndrome
- Public Speaking and Speaking with Confidence
Further aspects of the programme include mentoring with the Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council Women’s Sub-Committee, accredited Leadership qualifications and opportunities to take part in Women’s Network activities.
