The Food Programme is a FREE one day course which will cover topics such as; healthy eating, food safety, food skills such as shopping well on a budget, food storage and food waste reduction.

Participants also have the opportunity to prepare easy meals in an air fryer which they can eat together or take home.

The Food Programme for Parents

The Health and Wellbeing team is currently delivering 7 Food Programme sessions to parents across Antrim and Newtownabbey. The Food Programme brings parents together to learn about nutrition, budgeting, reducing food waste and how to prepare healthy and delicious recipes using an air fryer.
