The Food Programme is a FREE one day course which covers topics such as; healthy eating, food safety, food skills such as shopping well on a budget, food storage and food waste reduction.

Participants have the opportunity to prepare easy meals in an air fryer which they could eat together or take home.

The Food Programme for Parents

The Health and Wellbeing team provide informative sessions to parents across Antrim and Newtownabbey. The Food Programme brings parents together to learn about nutrition, budgeting, reducing food waste, how to prepare healthy and delicious recipes using an air fryer and information on fussy eating.

The Food Programme - Cooking for One

The Health and Wellbeing team can provide informative sessions to residents who may have recently experienced a change in living situations or want more information on cooking for one. This Food Programme brings residents together to learn about nutrition, budgeting, reducing food waste, how to prepare healthy and delicious recipes using an air fryer.
