
The Food Programme is a FREE four-week course led by a specialist from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council, who will cover topics such as; healthy eating, food safety, food skills such as shopping well on a budget, food storage and food waste reduction.
Participants also have the opportunity to prepare a healthy meal which they can eat together or take home.
