Booking Fees

As of 1 April 2024, all tickets and bookings will be subject to a booking fee of £1.50 per ticket.

• Will large scale events such as Enchanted Winter Garden & Garden Show Ireland have a booking fee?

  Enchanted Winter Garden
  All Enchanted Winter Garden sales will be charged an additional £1.50 per booking (i.e. a family of four booking together pays £1.50, and someone booking a single ticket also pays £1.50)
   

  Garden Show Ireland
  We will not be charging the booking fee in 2024 however this will come into effect in 2025.
  As sales for Garden Show Ireland went on sale in early 2024, they will span two financial year and in order to ensure there is no financial penalty for those booking in the next financial year the booking fee will not be added to this years’ tickets.

   

• Will there be a booking fee for free events?

  All large-scale ‘free’ events will incur a £2.50 booking fee per ticket, with donations going to the Mayor’s Charities.

• Will there be a charge to change an existing booking?

  Any change to existing bookings (e.g. changing tickets from one date to another) will be subject to an additional £1.50 admin fee per booking.
