We want to ensure that our process for booking a fitness class is still suited to the needs of users.   We would like to get feedback on the following:

  • What time would be best for you to book a fitness class?   (The current booking time is 6am).
  • How would you prefer the waiting list process to be managed?    At present if a class is fully booked you can add your name to a waiting list.   The waiting list facility is removed 1 hour before the class starts and if any users have cancelled, these spaces are then allocated to users on the list on a first come, first served basis.

You can currently book up to 7 days in advance with bookings opening at 6am daily. Please select your preference above.
What way would you like the waiting list to work?:


There is currently a waiting list for fully booked classes where users can join. If a user cancels their space, the space is released on a first come, first served basis. The waiting list is removed 1 hour with spaces released (if available) before the class starts. Please indicate your preference above.
