Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council will join in a National Moment of Reflection on Sunday 18 September with candlelight services at Mossley Mill and Antrim Castle Gardens from 7.30pm.
The Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey Alderman Stephen Ross paid a visit to the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice and care homes across the Borough yesterday, delivering books of condolence to allow residents an opportunity to pay their respects to the late Queen Elizabeth II.
All Council services and facilities will be closed on Monday 19 September for the State Funeral of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
