Both Community Safety Wardens and Street Pastors provide an on-street presence across the Borough, helping to deter anti-social behaviour, improve community safety and promote positive behaviour.

Text Alert is used to get short, immediate messages out to registered users who have an interest in helping PSNI and PCSP to reduce crime and help keep the community in which they live or work safer.

Youth Engagement and Diversionary Initiatives

PCSP-supported initiatives provide young people with positive activities, mentoring, skills development and educational opportunities, while addressing issues such as anti-social behaviour, crime, substance misuse and risky decision-making.

4 Tier Security System

Supported by the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, the PCSP-funded scheme provides advice and home security equipment to victims of crime or those who feel at risk of crime, with referrals made through the police.

The Rowan

The Rowan, located at Antrim Area Hospital, is Northern Ireland’s only specialist Sexual Assault Referral Centre. Open 24/7, it provides expert care and support for anyone affected by sexual abuse, assault, or rape, including children, women, and men.
