£100 Home Heating Oil Support

If you live in Northern Ireland and use home heating oil as your main heating source, you may be eligible to apply for a £100 digital card to help with the cost of home heating oil.

You may be eligible if, during at least one of the qualifying periods, you were resident in Northern Ireland and either received a qualifying benefit or had a net annual household income below £30,000 after tax, National Insurance and pension contributions. Only one digital card is available per eligible residential address.

The qualifying periods are 1–30 April 2026 and 1–30 November 2026. Applications are not automatic and must be made online before the scheme closes on 31 March 2027.

Energy Efficiency Grant

If one of the following applies to you:

• Own your own home
• Have a day/life interest in a property
• Rent from a private landlord

AND you have a Household gross income of less that £23,000
