Further Changes to Leisure Class Bookings

Following the successful launch of our new online class booking procedures, we have listened to your feedback and introduced some further changes. These changes will make the process easier for those on the waiting list.

With immediate effect we have enabled an ‘auto book first from the waiting list’ feature.  This feature will ensure that those who have expressed an interest in booking the class will be allocated a space automatically in their ranked order on the waiting list.  All auto bookings will receive the normal member booking notification via email.

Please note the online waiting lists will be cleared down 60mins before the class starts to ensure that those who get a space automatically allocated, will have enough time to get to their class. For more infomation on the class bookings procedures, click here. 

Please note that it is the members responsibility to remove themselves from the waiting list if they can no longer attend.
