New Tai Chi Class at Antrim Forum

Tai Chi combines deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements. It is perhaps the most effective way to develop balanced health for the body and the mind. Originally developed as a martial art in 13th-century China, tai chi is now practiced around the world as a health-promoting exercise.

Students will be under the guidance and leadership of Internationally recognised Grandmaster Sifu Zhu Chang Hai from Shenyang (presently twinned with Belfast) in Northern China.
