Have a Business Idea? Then Go For It!

Are you interested in starting your own business or becoming self-employed? Then why not put your business idea to the test and receive free support and mentoring from a local business advisor through the Go For It programme?

The business start-up programme offers help and guidance to entrepreneurs to develop a business plan and is the first step in a range of business support initiatives on offer from Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council to grow the local economy.

Mayor of Antrim and Newtownabbey, Councillor Billy Webb commented; “The Go For It programme plays an integral part in supporting business start-up’s in our Borough. If you have a business idea and need help and advice on how to turn it into a reality, then I would encourage you to take the next step. Go For It can provide you with expert guidance from an accredited business advisor to help you develop your business plan. Once you have completed your plan, there is follow on coaching available through our Business Coaching programme, plus a small bursary to cover set up costs to get you up and running.”

This project is part funded by Invest Northern Ireland and the European Regional Development Fund under the Investment for Growth & Jobs Northern Ireland (2014-2020) Programme.
