Apply for a Memorial

There are a limited number of memorials available for the placement of cremated remains. There are currently 32 Panorama niches and 25 Sanctum vaults, further details are described below.

To apply for a memorial, you must complete an online expression of interest* form, please see below.
These memorials will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis.

*Expression of Interest

This is only an expression of interest, not a commitment to buy a memorial.
If your expression of interest is successful, a Crematorium Officer will contact you to discuss further.
If you decide to proceed, you will receive an application pack to fill out and send back either by email or post.
We require a Certificate of Cremation for all applications.
Once your form is received, you will receive a phone call for payment.
