- If your query is in relation to the welfare of a pet animal or other non-farmed animal, contact the Councils Animal Welfare Service on 028 2563 3134, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- If your query is in relation to a dog attack on wildlife or any other wildlife crime the contact the Police Service Of Northern Ireland on 101
- If you are currently locked within a council park or other Council premises, T. 028 9034 0106
- If you are calling to report a dog attack currently in progress, T. 07778 255404 and leave a message, providing your name, contact number, address and details of the incident and an Enforcement Officer will contact you as soon as possible. If there is an immediate threat to life, please contact the PSNI on 999. If your call is in relation to any other dog control matter, T. 028 9034 0160 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
