These presentations were produced by Environmental Health Officers to assist with the delivery of the following elements of the Home Economics syllabus:
- Explanation of how food safety legislation protects the consumer;
- Knowledge and understanding of the work of the following organisations:
- Food Standards Agency
- Environmental Health Department.
Some of the presentations also produce links to other potential sources of information. The presentations can be delivered by teachers or by Environmental Health Officers.
